Investment: $488 Duration: 3-Session Package Format: Zoom or In-Person (Singapore) Overview This intensive uses somatic practices and embodied coaching to help you develop unshakeable confidence that radiates from the inside out. Through body language mastery, nervous system regulation, and physical anchoring techniques, you'll learn to access confidence instantly, even in high-pressure situations. This is for women who are tired of "fake it till you make it" and want authentic, embodied confidence they can feel and project. What's Included Session 1: Confidence Assessment & Body Mapping (90 minutes) Identify where confidence (and lack of confidence) lives in your body. We'll assess your current body language patterns, nervous system responses to stress, and physical habits that undermine your presence. You'll learn to read your body's signals and understand the somatic roots of your confidence challenges. Session 2: Somatic Anchoring & Power Practices (90 minutes) Develop physical anchors for instant confidence access—specific postures, gestures, and movements that trigger confident states. Learn bilateral stimulation techniques, grounding practices, and nervous system regulation tools. You'll practice embodying confidence through movement and discover your personal power poses. Session 3: Integration & Real-World Application (90 minutes) Apply your new embodied confidence to real situations you're facing. We'll roleplay challenging scenarios, practice confident body language in context, and refine your confidence anchors. You'll leave with a complete toolkit for accessing confidence anytime, anywhere.
