We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals, and our services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or clinical care. By participating, you acknowledge full personal responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Aura Reign Ltd. makes no guarantees regarding personal, emotional, or financial results. Clients are solely responsible for implementing the insights and strategies provided during coaching. While our programs are designed to promote clarity and growth, lasting transformation depends on each client’s commitment and follow-through.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sessions and packages are non-refundable and must be used within six months of purchase. We understand that life happens; however, any rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice

Aura Reign Ltd. assumes no liability for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in our programs. All content, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of Aura Reign Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, systems, programs, assessments, written content, visual assets, audio, video, and proprietary processes published on or provided through this website (“Aura Reign”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Reign Pte. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

   •   The Aura Reign Methodology and all derivative frameworks
   •   Program structures, assessments, codices, tools, exercises, and practices
   •   Written content, educational materials, workshops, courses, and digital products
   •   Brand language, concepts, and proprietary models

These materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in Singapore and internationally.

Restricted Use
